Wilderness Mara

Reborn from the historic Little Governors’, Wilderness Mara is Wilderness’ first Kenyan camp, set in the wildlife-rich Mara Triangle, the most pristine and visually arresting corner of the Maasai Mara. Twelve generously sized tented suites, each elevated on its own shaded deck above an active, game-filled marsh, are spaced well apart for privacy, with indoor and outdoor showers. Uniquely, Wilderness Mara offers access to both sides of the Mara River, meaning more territory, more wildlife and fewer vehicles at every sighting. Guests witness the Great Migration on both banks, drift over the plains by hot-air balloon, share a Maasai manyatta dinner under the stars, and unwind at the spa, gym and pool between adventures.
