Congo
The Democratic Republic of the Congo is a country located in Central Africa. It is, by area, the largest country in sub-Saharan Africa, the second-largest in all of Africa, and the 11th-largest in the world creating incredibly vast areas of wild jungles and unexplored waterways. The Congo rainforest is the world’s second-largest tropical forest, spans six countries, and contains a quarter of the world’s remaining tropical forest. Home to the western Lowland Gorilla and Forest elephants it is a destination full of adventure and excitement and is a bucket list destination for the adventurous traveller.
