Serondella Lodge

Set beside one of the most active waterholes in South Africa’s Thornybush Private Game Reserve, part of the Greater Kruger, Serondella Lodge is an intimate, luxurious bush retreat whose name fittingly means ‘the place of the elephant’. Herds gather at the floodlit pan in full view of the lodge. Accommodation comprises two one-bedroom Private Suites along the water’s edge, a two-bedroom Family Suite with a heated pool, and Willem’s Den, a three-bedroom villa with a fireplace, kitchen, firepit and pool. Each air-conditioned suite offers a private outdoor living area, plunge pool and indoor and outdoor showers. A spa, gym and rim-flow viewing deck complete the experience, while expert rangers and trackers lead exceptional Big Five safaris.
